Hello, my name is Amanda Richardson and I am the Director at Twin Lakes CDC. My journey here actually began as a parent. My daughter began attending TLCDC when she was 12 months old (in 1996). I quickly realized that this was a unique and special place. The staff members were happy and loving and really made an effort to know my daughter and meet her needs. In 2003 I found myself looking for a “temporary” summer job. I took a position working with the summer campers at Twin Lakes and I was hooked! All 5 of my children have grown up here. And I have grown with them. Over the years, I have worked with all of the different age groups and have been blessed to witness the amazing growth of these children. It is so exciting to see each child learn and grow in their own unique way and to see the TLCDC staff love and nurture each of them along the way. As a Director, it is my goal to make your childcare experience a great one. I hope to establish long-lasting family connections with each of you.

Hello, my name is Deanna Heckler, and have been part of the Twin Lakes family since 1988. I have 5 kiddos of my own. I have had the pleasure of watching my babies grow up at Twin Lakes with the help and guidance of the awesome staff here.

Working at TLCDC is not just a job, it’s a passion. Making sure that each child receives the love, knowledge, and compassion necessary for proper growth is my number one goal. I love watching all of the milestones being achieved from infancy through elementary school. I welcome the opportunity to work with your family.
