🍁 October Parent Newsletter & Reminders 🍁

Dear Parents,

Welcome to October! We have a busy month ahead packed with special events, important safety weeks, and school closures. Please review the key dates and reminders below to keep your calendar up to date.

🗓️ Key Dates & Calendar Reminders

- Fall Pictures: Wednesday, October 7th at 8:00 AM. 📸 Don't forget to dress your best! ⚠️ IMPORTANT: DO NOT WEAR GREEN!
- LISD Closed & All-Stars Sign-up: Friday, October 9th – Tuesday, October 13th. 🏫 LISD Schools will be closed Friday-Tuesday for a Fall Break. While school is closed, don't forget to secure your child's spot for our All-Stars program! Spaces are strictly limited—see Amanda or Deanna to register. ⭐️

🚒 Fire Safety Week (October 4th–10th)

We will be learning all about fire prevention and safety protocols this week.

- Special Event: A real fire truck will visit our campus!
- Date & Time: Tuesday October 13th at 10:00 am.

💗 Breast Cancer Awareness Month: Pink Out!

Join us in honoring Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

- What to do: Have your child wear pink every Friday this month to show support! 👚

🎃 Pumpkin Parties & Costumes

We are wrapping up the month with our annual Pumpkin Parties!

- Date & Time: Friday, October 30th at 10:00 AM.
- Costume Guidelines: Children are welcome to wear their costumes. Please ensure they are child-friendly and not scary.
- Pizza Party & Treat Reminders: Please bring $3 per child to cover the pizza party! Also, don't forget to bring your assigned item from the sign-up list to share with the class. 🍕📝

Tennis Shoes are a MUST Everyday!

Make sure your child has a water bottle here at the school in good condition. If you need to purchase a new one, please see the office staff.

After School children MUST bring a water bottle EVERY DAY washed and ready to use!

ALERT!!

Several Child Care Facilities have been hit for Breaking & Entering Vehicles in Cedar Park. They are looking for Purses! Please DO NOT leave valuables in your car!! This includes your CHILDREN!!
Take this seriously…We have been hit twice before!

Annual Registration Fees

Annual Registration fees are due in September. $150/Family for ALL families registered before June 1st (this includes the Summer Camp kids that are currently enrolled in the afterschool program)

Supply Fees are $125 per child Due April 1st, if your child enrolls after April 1st, You will have the Supply Fee added to your account on the first month of tuition due

Parking Attention

Parents: We have had a number of parents parking On or Near the front Porch when it is wet outside. Please note we must be cautious for all children, parents, & staff at our center and we will need you to park at a parking curb during rain. This will Not be tolerated. This is for the safety of your family and others!
